1. I have a deep fascination /almost borderline obsession for Chinese historical figures. My all-time favourites are Xiang Yu (a Lu Bu with brains), Yong Zheng Emperor (cracked down on corruption in the Qing Dynasty), and Li Shimin (practically founded the Tang Dynasty). Reading about them makes me emo though because I get too emotionally attached.
2. The disheveled high bun is my signature hairstyle. I'm not sure if it's out of sheer laziness or because it actually looks good on me but this is a good point to contemplate.
3. I'm allergic to shellfish but I risk death just to eat it because it's so delicious and I can't say no to things I love.
4. Every Saturday or Sunday (physical state pending) and sometimes midweek, I consider myself dead to everyone outside of the football/soccer world. The reason for this is because I am addicted to Arsenal FC and reaaaally need my football crack and because I love this team to bits and pieces.
5. I sometimes make up words.
6. Whenever I go karaoke-ing, there is always some point in the night that I am convinced that I can rap like a proper gangster. Of course, it usually ends disastrously. Sorry friends.
7. Reisling is my favourite white and Chianti is my favourite red.
8. In the words of Oscar Wilde, "My own business always bores me to death; I prefer other people's." I see no shame in admitting that I enjoy hearing juicy gossip.
9. Pink is my favourite colour.
10. Meet Yoann Gourcuff. I'm going to marry him. I don't want to come off as stalker-ish but we're destined to be married but he doesn't know it yet. There is only that small matter of meeting each other first.
